You can choose à la carte items from anywhere on the menu or choose from our package deals-  that's a great money saving option!

 

Why don’t we list individual prices for à la carte items?

Ingredient costs can vary depending on local farm pricing, supplier rates at the time your event nears and seasonal availability. Some dishes are also more labor intensive than others (think of lasagna vs. penne ala-vodka) that factors into the cost. This approach allows us to stay flexible, fair, and focused on delivering handcrafted food that fits your vision. 


Have a fixed budget? We can assist by creating a menu based on the budget you set!  All we need is a head count for guests - and whether you or your guests have any food allergies or special dietary needs, and we will take it from there!

MAIN COURSE DISHES:


Chef's Baked Ziti: Seasoned sautéed beef, Chef’s signature pasta sauce, ziti, ricotta & mozzarella, topped with Bechamel for creamy baked perfection. 


Italian Meatballs: Succulent, hand rolled meatballs crafted from a blend of premium grass-fed beef, pork, and veal. Gently seasoned with a medley of spices & herbs, garlic, onion and imported Grana Padano Cheese. Topped with Chefs Signature pasta sauce.


Penne Rustica: A delicious blend of spices, herbs & shrimp in an amazing parmesan garlic herbed cream sauce. This is one of Chefs favorites! 


Penne al-a Vodka: Penne pasta tossed in a creamy in-house vodka sauce with a hint of garlic and Parmesan cheese.

 

Manzo Brasato Beef Nebbiolo: This specialty dish is slow-braised beef cooked with onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms and Nebbiolo Wine with seasonings and herbs for a rich, savory flavor. 


Seasoned Risotto with Broccoli: Sautéed and seasoned Arborio rice with herbs and Broccoli Flowerets. A wonderful accompaniment to meat dishes, especially our Manzo Brasato Beef Nebbiolo


Sausage, Peppers & Onions: Seasoned with love & served mixed with garlic and extra virgin olive oil (you can choose either sweet or hot sausages, or a mixture of both). 


Matrimony Chicken Mozzarella: Tenderized chicken breasts cubed and sauteed in a sundried creamy tomato sauce with fresh herbs and topped with mozzarella. 


Chef’s Lasagna: Lasagna Noodles layered with ricotta, mozzarella, a mixture of seasoned ground beef, pork & veal, with Chef’s Signature pasta sauce, topped with bechamel for that irresistible creaminess you won’t forget! 


Eggplant Parmesan Casserole: Peeled & cut lengthwise, breaded & fried eggplant, layered with Chef’s in-house sauce with crumbled sausage, ricotta & fresh mozzarella. 


Pork Tenderloin with Reduction Sauce: Succulent tender pork sliced and bathed in Chefs reduction sauce for depths of amazing flavor. 


Chicken in Garlic wine Sauce with Mushrooms: Succulent chicken strips, paired with earthy, sautéed mushrooms, all brought together in a luscious white herb cream sauce. This creamy blend is infused with bold garlic and topped with Mozzarella. Let us know if you would like to add bow tie pasta to this dish!


BBQ Pulled Pork: Smoked in-house, low and slow for 16 hours and hand pulled, then infused with Chef’s in-house BBQ sauce. Let us know if you would like to include slider buns!


Smoked BBQ Chicken (legs and thighs): Marinated 24 hours, seasoned & smoked low and slow, Slathered with Chef’s in-house secret BBQ sauce.


Delectable Swedish Meatballs: Hand rolled meatballs are tender and perfectly seasoned with a delicate blend of spices in a velvety, rich cream sauce with hints of nutmeg.

Pot Sticker Salad: A delicious & refreshing broccoli slaw salad with vegetable potstickers and an Asian infused dressing. Topped with crispy wonton strips.


Garden Salad: A garden salad consisting of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, julienned carrots, cucumbers, red onion and Black Olives with your choice of dressing: Italian, blue cheese, honey mustard, ranch or French. 


Macaroni Salad: Mayo. based- Chef's amazing most sought-after macaroni salad, one bite and you will be hooked! This is the #1 most ordered cold side salad among customers!


Cole Slaw: Seasoned Cabbage & Carrots - Mayo. based- Chef's savory and delicious slaw!


Green Bean Almondine: Crisp, delicious green beans, sauteed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, almond slivers and Chef’s secret seasoning blend. 


Peas with Garlic & Mushrooms- A beautiful combination that goes with just about anything!

Spanakopita (spinach pie): 1/2 tray - Fresh sauteed spinach with onion, garlic, seasonings and feta cheese, with filo dough and baked.


Caprese Salad Platter: Beautiful Roma tomatoes slices, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil & drizzled with balsamic glaze.


Focaccia Pizza Squares: Served with house-made sauce, mozzarella (plain or with 1 topping) Choose one: Pepperoni, sausage, onions, or fresh mushrooms. 


Filo Wrapped Cocktail Franks: Cocktail franks wrapped in filo dough, baked and served with sides of our in-house BBQ sauce & mustard.


Pletzl (Onion Board): Sauteed onions, everything seasoning, on top of our in-house pizza style dough but softer and with a subtle sweetness to it. Drizzled with a pesto aioli, and cut into squares for easy serving. This one is typically a big hit among our customers - adds a new flair to your event! 


Fig balsamic glazed Chicken Meatball Skewers: Seasoned chicken meatballs, skewered with bite-sized pineapple chunks & red peppers, drizzled with a fig infused balsamic glaze.


Beef Meatball Wands: Delicious mini beef meatballs, mozzarella squares and cherry tomatoes with basil drizzled w/ our in-house pasta sauce.


Chicken Sliders: Breaded & seasoned house made chicken patty, served on Hawaiian slider buns with shredded lettuce & garlic aioli. 


Beef sliders topped with mac n cheese- our in house mac n cheese is topped on a seasoned and grilled beef slider. Delicious!


BBQ Beef Meatball Kabobs: Seasoned and lightly smoked in house beef meatballs, skewered with onions, peppers & cherry tomatoes, are brushed with Chef’s in-house BBQ sauce, about 12 Kabob’s per 1/2 tray. 


Buffalo Chicken Meatballs: Mildly Spicy chicken meatballs, Served with a side of Creamy buffalo sauce and ranch dressing for dipping!

Savory Stuffed Mushrooms: Fresh spinach, garlic and onions are sautéed in vegetable broth, brightened with a touch of lemon juice for a zesty finish, mixed with a flavorful blend of gluten-free breadcrumbs and stuffed into mushroom caps. Baked to perfection, these bite-sized delights offer a satisfying balance of earthy, savory, and citrusy flavors, a perfect gluten-free and vegan appetizer! 


Summer Squash & Zucchini with Roasted Bell Peppers & Mushrooms: Freshly sliced & tossed in chef's secret blend of spices with Imported extra virgin olive oil & fresh garlic- complemented by sweet yellow bell peppers and savory mushrooms, sautéed to crisp-tender perfection. This dish is light, flavorful, and packed with nutrients. Prefer a little heat? It can be made spicy for an extra kick! just let us know upon placing your order.


Enchilada Casserole:  Casserole made with layers of Corn Tortillas, and a mixture of black beans, onions, diced tomatoes, corn, jalapeño, lentils, couscous and cilantro all smothered in a rich enchilada sauce. Baked to perfection and topped with fresh cilantro, this dish delivers bold without any dairy! 


Mediterranean quinoa salad: A vibrant, protein-packed dish featuring fluffy quinoa, crisp cucumbers, juicy cherry tomatoes, and briny Kalamata olives, all tossed in a zesty lemon and olive oil dressing! 


Shepherd’s pie: Rustic Vegan & gluten free Shepherd’s Pie: Lentils & herbs add to this hearty, plant-based twist on a classic comfort dish!. A warm, satisfying - completely gluten-free and vegan! All food arrives in half or full trays, depending upon the number of guests! It arrives hot so when it goes into the chafing racks, it's ready to go. We transport all hot food in our insulated hot bag. All hot food in this package served buffet style. Buffet equipment, platters, tins & urns is included in the package price.

To help simplify things, Chef Michele can provide a menu based on your food budget and a head count for guests. as well as whether you or your guests have any food allergies or special dietary needs. This approach allows us to stay flexible, fair, and focused on delivering handcrafted food that fits your vision. We present you with a menu based on your budget for your final approval before deposit.. 


DIDN'T SEE WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR ON THE MENU? JUST ASK US! 


PLEASE NOTE: At Furman's Flavors, we can remain on site during your event to Serve at the buffet and monitor food temperatures. We can also provide tray service for events serving hors d’oeuvres. We can include clean-up service to assist with post event clean-up and wrapping of leftovers. Simply tell us what you need, and we will include it in your quote! 


When we are not requested to remain on site- please note It is your responsibility to be cautious with food safety & monitoring temperatures.


Furman's Flavors does NOT provide alcohol or bar tenders that are separate entities from Furman’s Flavors. We can however, put you in touch with local bartenders that provide a bar service for events. Furman's Flavors is not responsible for any alcohol related injuries or issues that can arise from ingestion of alcohol.


DEPOSIT, REFUNDS AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFO BELOW:


Deposit Required:


Deposit is half the total cost of your order and is due upon receipt of your emailed invoice. There is a 3-day grace period. Once we receive your deposit (via Zelle or credit card) we will permanently schedule your event on our calendar. Prior to that, you are only tentatively on the schedule.

Balance is due 3 days prior to delivery / event date. 


Our Refund / Cancellation Policy: 


Full Refund of deposit only when you cancel 21 - or more days in advance of the scheduled date for your event. If you have booked your party less than 21 days from date of party the full refund will not apply to you. Please then refer to the items below.


Half Refund of deposit only when canceled 15 - 20 days in advance of the original scheduled date of your event. 


No Refund of deposit when you cancel 14 days or less before the date of your event. 


Rescheduling upon cancellation: 

 We know that sometimes things can change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, and we will always try to work with you when you need to reschedule. However, we cannot make any guarantees. Rescheduling is dependent upon our availability. If we can reschedule, we will allow your already paid deposit to move to the new date.
