Furman’s Flavors is currently booked through April 2026, as we ease into the spring season, but we do still have dates open for May, June and beyond August. If you’re planning a gathering, backyard celebration, or intimate event, we’d love to help make it delicious!

The Comfort Classic Package! $1,337.00 + Tax / Package Serves 25 - 30 Guests 


For events exceeding 30 guests, additional charge applies based on final guest count. 


Your Buffet: remains open for 2 hours; staff will wrap leftovers and reset afterwards with a dessert tray, coffee and tea - served buffet style, about 20 - 30 minutes after main course.


You receive everything listed below:

Two Appetizers / Served via Tray Service: 


Stuffed Mushroom Bread Log: Chef's warm, savory twist on classic stuffed mushrooms. Our signature stuffed‑mushroom filling— chopped mushrooms, herbs, aromatics, and seasoned breadcrumbs, is rolled inside soft, golden fresh baked bread, sliced. 


Filo Wrapped Cocktail Franks: Cocktail franks wrapped in filo dough, baked and served with sides of our in-house BBQ sauce & mustard. 


Main Course / Served Buffet Style: 


Chef's Baked Ziti: Seasoned sautéed beef, Chef’s signature pasta sauce, ziti, ricotta & mozzarella, topped with Bechamel for creamy baked perfection. (Full Tray)


Chicken in Garlic white Sauce with Mushrooms & Peas: Succulent chicken paired with earthy sautéed mushrooms and peas, all brought together in a luscious white herb cream sauce. This creamy blend is infused with bold garlic, and the dish is topped with Mozzarella. (1/2 Tray)


Seasoned Arborio Rice with peas and carrots: Seasoned Arborio rice with herbs peas and carrots. (1/2 Tray)


Sausage, Peppers & Onions: Seasoned & served mixed with garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Your choice: Either sweet or hot sausages, or a mixture of both. (1/2 Tray)


Seasoned Roasted potatoes with Onions: Tossed with a blend of Chef's Signature seasoning & extra virgin olive oil, then slow roasted to delicious perfection (1/2 Tray)


Dessert: 


Assorted Dessert Tray - Assorted bakery cookies, and our in-house brownies and mini cake bites (dessert items may vary). 


Coffee and Tea: Served at the Buffet with Dessert Tray

The Gathering & Bites Package: $825.00 + Tax Serves 15 - 20 Guests

For events exceeding 20 guests, additional charge applies based on final guest count. 


Package Includes everything you see below: 


  • · 1–1.5 hour early arrival for setup
  • · Small plates, napkins, eating utensils, serving spoons/tongs, chafing dishes, and a cold platter on ice for charcuterie
  • · Charcuterie is self‑serve - all other appetizers are served via tray service 
  • · 2 staff members to remain on site (until dessert is served)
  • · Tray service until all appetizers are served
  • · Breakdown of our equipment 
  • · Cleanup of disposable items only 
  • · Includes travel time, fuel, and labor


Charcuterie Platter: An assortment of artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, seasonal fresh fruits, dried fruit accents, nuts, olives, and gourmet crackers. Each board is crafted with a curated selection based on availability to ensure freshness.


Filo Wrapped Cocktail Franks: Cocktail franks wrapped in filo dough, baked and served with sides of our in-house BBQ sauce & mustard. 


Our Spanakopita Mingle & Specialty Crackers: Fresh sauteed chopped spinach with onion, garlic, seasonings and feta cheese, served with specialty crackers. Spoons onto crackers easily- a Mediterranean favorite amongst our clients.


Pletzl (Onion Board): Sauteed onions, everything seasoning, on top of a pizza type dough but with a subtle sweetness – adds a new flair to your event! 


Mini Fig balsamic glazed Chicken Meatball Wands: Seasoned chicken meatballs, skewered with bite-sized pineapple chunks & red peppers, drizzled with a fig infused balsamic glaze.

Cold Drink Trio: Refreshing summer non-alcohol beverage, a beverage station served in our elegant three‑urn dispenser set. Guests enjoy Sweet Tea, Lemonade, and chilled Mint‑Lemon Spring Water with floating citrus and fresh mint — the perfect complement to warm‑weather gatherings. (our cooler with Ice, if needed)


Two Appetizers: 


Goat Cheese & Chili Fig Jam Crostini: Crisp toasted crostini topped with creamy goat cheese and a sweet‑heat chili fig jam. A bright, elegant bite that’s perfect for warm‑weather gatherings.


SnapDot™ Summer Bites: An exclusive, handcrafted signature appetizer, created only for this package: Chilled cucumber and summer squash base, topped with two artisanal SnapDots™ — one Balsamic and one Honey, finished with a mix of delicate edible flowers and subtle edible shimmer. A refreshing bite that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.


Main Course:


Pulled Pork: Smoked in-house, low and slow for 16 hours - this tender juicy hand pulled pork is then infused with Chef’s in-house BBQ sauce. 


Served with slider buns.


Cole Slaw: Seasoned shredded cabbage & carrots slaw (mayo based) with Chef's signature seasoning- a savory and delicious cold delight!


Corn Off the Cob Salad: Fresh grilled corn shaved off the cob and tossed with diced red bell peppers, grated Parmesan, and our signature summer seasoning blend. Naturally sweet, colorful, and refreshing — a bright summer salad that celebrates peak‑season corn without heavy dressings.


Dessert: 


Watermelon Tray: Sliced seedless watermelon, garnished with mint. A refreshing end to a beautiful summer day.

Fig balsamic glazed Chicken Meatball Wands: Seasoned chicken meatballs, skewered with bite-sized pineapple chunks & red peppers, drizzled with a fig infused balsamic glaze.


Mini Beef Meatball Wands: Delicious beef Italian meatballs, mozzarella squares and cherry tomatoes with basil drizzled w/ our in-house pasta sauce.


Mini Buffalo Chicken Meatball Wands: Mildly Spicy chicken meatballs, Served with a side of Creamy spicy buffalo sauce and ranch dressing for drizzling!


MAIN COURSE DISHES:


Chef's Baked Ziti: Seasoned sautéed beef, Chef’s signature pasta sauce, ziti, ricotta & mozzarella, topped with Bechamel for creamy baked perfection. 


Italian Meatballs: Succulent, hand rolled meatballs crafted from a blend of premium grass-fed beef, pork, and veal. Gently seasoned with a medley of spices & herbs, garlic, onion and imported Grana Padano Cheese. Topped with Chefs Signature pasta sauce.


Penne Rustica: A delicious blend of spices, herbs & shrimp in an amazing parmesan garlic herbed cream sauce. This is one of Chefs favorites! 


Penne al-a Vodka: Penne pasta tossed in a creamy in-house vodka sauce with a hint of garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Manzo Brasato Beef Nebbiolo: This specialty dish is slow-braised beef cooked with onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms and Nebbiolo Wine with seasonings and herbs for a rich, savory flavor. 


Seasoned Risotto with Broccoli: Sautéed and seasoned Arborio rice with herbs and Broccoli Flowerets. A wonderful accompaniment to meat dishes, especially our Manzo Brasato Beef Nebbiolo


Sausage, Peppers & Onions: Seasoned with love & served mixed with garlic and extra virgin olive oil (you can choose either sweet or hot sausages, or a mixture of both). 


Matrimony Chicken Mozzarella: Tenderized chicken breasts cubed and sauteed in a sundried creamy tomato sauce with fresh herbs and topped with mozzarella. 


Pork Tenderloin with Reduction Sauce: Succulent tender pork sliced and bathed in Chefs reduction sauce for depths of amazing flavor. 


Chicken in Garlic white Sauce with Mushrooms & Peas: Succulent chicken paired with earthy sautéed mushrooms and peas, all brought together in a luscious white herb cream sauce. This creamy blend is infused with bold garlic, and the dish is topped with Mozzarella.


Delectable Swedish Meatballs: Hand rolled meatballs are tender and perfectly seasoned with a delicate blend of spices in a velvety, rich cream sauce with hints of nutmeg.


Pulled Pork: Smoked in-house, low and slow for 16 hours - this tender juicy hand pulled pork is then infused with Chef’s in-house BBQ sauce (Slider buns available at an upcharge of $5 per pkg of 24 count).

Italian Pasta Salad: Tricolor Rotelli pasta, marinated artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, green beans, pitted Kalamata olives, Basil and mozzarella cheese marinated in our house-made Italian dressing


Garden Salad: A garden salad consisting of lettuces, cherry tomatoes, carrots, sliced cucumber and pitted Kalamata olives with in-house Italian dressing on the side. 


Green Bean Almondine: Delicious green beans, sauteed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, almond slivers and Chef’s secret seasoning blend. 


Peas & Mushrooms with Garlic: A beautiful combination of mushrooms and peas seasoned and sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, herbs, garlic butter and white wine.

Why Don’t We List Individual Prices?


Ingredient costs can vary depending on seasonal availability, local farm pricing, and supplier rates at the time of your event. Some dishes also require more labor than others (think of lasagna vs. penne ala-vodka) which factors the cost. 

To help simplify things, Chef Michele can provide a menu based on your food budget and a head count for guests. as well as whether you or your guests have any food allergies or special dietary needs. This approach allows us to stay flexible, fair, and focused on delivering handcrafted food that fits your vision. We present you with a menu based on your budget for your final approval before deposit.
